Who are we looking for?
Kizik is seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing who can develop and execute comprehensive brand and product campaigns and unify messaging across wholesale, and retail channels. Foundational to the role: understanding of international markets, passion for brand, and commitment to Kizik’s corporate culture (it’s fun, collaborative, and results-oriented—pretty much what everyone wants) as well as consumer experiences (they love us, so we have a lot to lose and even more to build). Must be a people-leader as you will build a team over time as Kizik continues its growth trajectory. This creative, world-class marketer will understand strategy and drive brand awareness, loyalty, and equity as well as category growth and must be skilled in scaling a brand nationally and eventually globally by leveraging consumer insights, achieving business and commercial objectives, and delivering marketing innovation and operational excellence. This full-time, on-site position reports to the CMO.
What are the responsibilities?
Develop seasonal and long-term marketing calendar strategies across brand and product categories
Collaborate with departments and channel owners to ensure a connected consumer journey across all touch points
Identify critical product differentiation for storytelling on regular business and new products
Support 360-degree brand programs
Communicate market strategies with channel owners, including clear KPIs to drive brand growth, awareness, and adoption
Plan, execute, and align delivery of GTM assets
Work with product and innovation teams to develop strategic product category growth plans
Manage brand campaigns with consumer insights, integrated with GTM plans
Lead the development of event and program recaps demonstrating the ROI of various PR initiatives
Foster a culture of continuous learning
Encourage creative and executional exploration
Lead cross-functional relationships with brand, product development, social, acquisitions, PR, and other key departments within company
Work with agencies as needed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing experience
10 years in brand marketing—footwear experience is a plus
5 years of experience in leading, developing, and managing teams
Experience in leading campaigns and launches across channels
Understanding of consumer products
Understanding of international business
Expertise in retail, wholesale, and D2C
Understanding of PR, media, social media and influencer strategies
Proficiency in communication and creative strategies
Ability to create strategic vision and inspire teams to execute on it
Skilled use of storytelling to drive cultural conversations
Expertise leveraging insights from multiple data sources
