Kitz & Pfeil, Inc. has a full-time opening for a Rental Associate at our Berlin store location join us.

The role of the Rental Associate is to assist with equipment check-ins / check-outs, inventory checks, customer communication, and other rental-related issues. Knowledge of equipment and keeping equipment clean, safe & operational. Driving company truck to customer location.

Essential Functions of the job:

• Equipment check-in / out.
• Obtaining accurate information during the rental contract process.
• Answer the phone and talk to the customer.
• Scheduling delivery/pick-ups of the equipment.
• Deliver / Pick-up rental equipment from customer location (must hold a current driver's license)
• Retail store open 7 days a week, evenings and weekends are expected.
• Assist customers needing help on the sales floor.

Qualifications for this position:

• Knowledge and or experience with the equipment.
• Checking in / out equipment for rental and identifying damage to the equipment.
• Receive phone calls and quote or research the availability of equipment to be rented
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, & honest.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is desired.
• Possess excellent customer service phone skills.
• Insurable driving record.
