This is a great opportunity for someone that likes a changing environment and can navigate the fast paced and slower paced times. We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and juggle several responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid team background and related position experience. They will embrace the need to be detailed, thorough and thoughtful in handling multiple job tasks.

The Production/Maintenance Technician is part of a team dedicated to maintaining equipment - both preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. We work with aerospace, medical, firearm and aviation parts. Our customers count on us to be operational, it is imperative that we maintain consistency and strive to 100% up-time. Please note, individuals may cross train to work in production, shipping and maintenance areas as company needs require.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities

• Maintains facilities equipment
• Maintains production equipment
• Assist with warehouse equipment maintenance if needed
• Inventory equipment supplies
• Initiates, recommends and provides solutions through designated channels

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three-years solid experience working in a maintenance environment
• Heavy lifting required (50 pounds)
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Prefer individuals with welding certification
• Previous experience within administration a plus
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Previously worked independently to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive/confidential materials
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines
