Today, Kittson Healthcare is a twelve-bed acute care federally designated Critical Access Hospital and fifty bed long term care facility which also includes a home healthcare agency, 8 bed assisted living facility and an ambulance service. Job summary:

• Palatably prepares the proper amounts of all foods on the menu in accordance with standardized recipes, portion control, time schedules and sanitary conditions.
• May work in dishwashing and/or food unit.

Job FLSA: Non-Exempt

• Baker - 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Required availability to work every other weekend.

Job education requirements: Experience with foodservice operations and cooking/baking.
