Kittery Optometric Associates is Hiring an Optometric Technician Near Kittery, ME

Immediate opening for an Optometric Technician in a busy optometry practice. Seeking a team player with a friendly smile, exceptional customer service skills and ability to multitask. Must possess excellent communication, telephone and computer skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform testing (Visual Field, OCT, Photos etc) as needed
  • Contact lens ordering
  • Contact lens training
  • Phone triage
  • Working up patients prior to visit with provider
  • Disinfecting equipment at patient areas
  • Assists provider as needed

Experience in healthcare preferred. Eye care knowledge a definite plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
