Training Coordinator – Full Time
Hiring Range: $22.67/hr. - $27.78/hr.

The Training Coordinator will provide direct support to the training team in implementing effective training strategies across the Agency. This role serves as the coordinator of all training initiatives within the organization. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of attendance and participation in training and will ensure that staff remains current with training requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Development & Training Manager with assessing training and development needs.
• Coordinate all training events:
  • Schedule facilitators/instructors
  • Room setup and teardown for onsite training
  • Ensure adequate technology support
  • Reserve venues when appropriate
• Manage the online Learning Management System (LMS), employee and supervisor training for the system, and tracking within this system.
• Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• May assist with various training opportunities as requested by the Development and Engagement Manager.
• Ensure that all employees comply with learning requirements and that courses are completed promptly.
• Create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Tracks the training budget and maintains records and reports of expenses.
• Will serve as backup to the Human Resources Assistant as needed.

EXPERIENCE: Intermediate (minimum 3 years of job-related experience)
