We are looking for an administrative/marketing intern (compensated) in the Essex County New Jersey area who can work with our team on various tasks. He/she must be comfortable and personable. The ideal candidate has an acute attention to detail, good grammatical skills, organized, growth-minded, and willing to be a team player focused on the best outcome for our clients.

Job Duties:
Create content for social media engagement for organization
Handle and resolve subsidiary staff technical issues
Weekly and monthly Reporting
Process payroll and quarterly taxes (training provided)
Handle and chair cross functional meetings
Keep marketing director organized
Support Showroom operations and executions
Co-ordinate local show room and company executions
Skills and Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Computer and smartphone proficient.
Social Media management experience preferred
Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive mindset and like talking with customers.
Consistent and resourceful
Willing to work some weekends
