JOB PURPOSE
Salesperson/Project Manager for our Fort Walton Beach location (100% Commision Base with a Weekly Draw against commission & excellent benefit's). We are looking for experienced salespersons 2-5 years in sales. Experience in cabinets, countertops, flooring and cultured marble tubs and showers is a must in at least 1 if not 2 of our main products. This position requires excellent communication, ability to cold call on builders to develop new business, good organizational skills and a high attention to detail. The best Salesperson/PMs are genuinely excited to help customers create their dream kitchen and are well versed on current trends. They’re determined and organized, which is required in this fast-paced environment. Salesperson/Project Managers measure, design, sell, create orders and coordinate the project from start to finish. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reading blueprints is a must. Knowledge of the construction industry and design software (20/20 design) is preferred.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee sales projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain and develop project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and cost control measures.
