This opportunity arises in a practice known for its welcoming atmosphere, a small yet efficient four-chair setup that consistently attracts 50 new patients each month, supported by a thriving hygiene department. Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide exceptional pediatric dental care by a compassionate team, making every visit a positive experience.

What We Offer:

  • State-of-the-Art Practice: Fully digital and cloud-based practice management systems, high-quality equipment, and a fantastic team environment.
  • Specialized Services: Our practice offers in-office IV Sedation administered by a qualified pediatric M.D. anesthesiologist, with opportunities to work in hospitals or surgery centers as desired.
  • Mentorship and Support: Enjoy the perfect balance of independence and support, with mentorship available from our network of pediatric dentists. This includes digital support for x-ray or chart reviews and in-person collaboration.
  • Attractive Compensation Package:
  • Base Salary: $175,000
  • Comprehensive Benefits including health insurance and professional liability insurance

The Role:

Requirements:

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school, with a completed residency in pediatric dentistry.
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Florida dental license.
