Job Description Summary: Global Marketing Manager will be involved in all aspects of brand marketing for the imPRESS Manicure Brand. A key area of focus includes marketing plan development and implementation on a global level. Job Description: Responsibilities: Assists Sr. Manager in all category marketing activities and plans. Executes all plans on a global basis for all regions and accounts. Works closely with Product Development and Creative teams to execute all artwork requirements for both existing & new items globally including product packaging, digital/social assets, print advertising, in-store POP graphics, promotional display graphics Oversees category budget and program management of all projects to ensure alignment, accuracy and executional excellence Provides category and brand recommendations for promotional planning and marketing support activities. Key role in managing & executing ecommerce strategies for nails on imPRESSmanicure.com, amazon.com & various key retailer sites both domestically & internationally. Manages all with all internal partners to develop secondary promotional displays - finalize assortments, display renderings, sell sheets, p ls, item #/UPC requests, support planning, BOM set up, forecasts and finalizing artwork for domestic & int’l retail accounts. Key role in digital media and communications including briefing agencies, establishing content and media strategy, establishing KPIs and goals, researching new platform opportunities, participating in the asset creation process. Leads key marketing initiatives within digital media, research, consumer sampling activations & public relations activities on a global basis. Acts as primary category liaison for outside agencies. Coordinates & interacts regularly with internal departments for brand integration and execution of all programs Reports to Nail Category Senior Marketing Manager (KSA) knowledge/experience, skills, ability & attitude Required: Candidate must be detail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitude, strong computer skills, a self- starter, be well organized and possess good interpersonal skills. Marketing major required/MBA desired 6-8 years brand Marketing experience - consumer packaged goods background or mass market beauty brand experience preferred ; ideally on the brand side. Social & digital media experience and knowledge Skills – strong strategic and executional skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results oriented Outstanding computer skills (powerpoint, excel, etc) Travel required; approximately 2-4 times a year Additional Job Description:
