Job Description Summary: This position will be responsible for implement best-fit forecasting strategy and methodology for North America and Europe Operation. The individual will become key leader to establish communication for their respective customers and products with key counterparts in Supply Chain, Category and Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Product Units. Job Description: Build, develop, and manage forecasting configurations for North America and Europe operation. Analyze performance data, evaluate the horizontal and vertical operational impacts with data-driven decision. Establish high level strategy by scaling down from regions, product units, retailers, and categories to minimize forecast variability and achieving target service level. Manage product lifecycles to correct forecast in timely manner with SCM teams for optimizing inventory and its strategy. Participate and lead S&OP meetings to present demand patterns/insights in conjunction with SCM team to build the consensus demand plans and achieve supply alignment. Collaborate with cross functional teams to continuously improve forecasting processes and resolve known supply chain constraints. Qualifications: SAP or similar forecasting software knowledge / experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree (Business, Statistics, or related field), Statistics Major is preferred. 8 year related experience is required preferably with retail business knowledge. Excellent team management skills. Effective written, verbal and presentation skills. Strong analytical background and ability to dissect large data sets. Consistency. Resilience.
