KISS Cafe in Johns Island, SC is looking for full and part time counter sales associates for Bagels by KISS to join our 38 person strong team. We are located on 1802 Crowne Commons Way Unit C1. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests:Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel valued and comfortable.

Take Food Orders: Assist customers in choosing menu items, taking orders accurately, and addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change to customers. Maintain cash register and ensure its security.

Order Fulfillment: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered to customers promptly. Verify orders for accuracy before handing them to customers.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the counter and dining area clean and organized. Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about the menu, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Upselling: Suggest additional items or upgrades to enhance the customer's dining experience and increase sales.

Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth operation during peak hours.
