Kirksville Dental Group is looking for a Full-Time Hygiene Schedule Coordinator. We are looking for a personable, motivated individual with a strong work ethic and organizational skills to help support our growing practice. Starting pay is dependent on experience level.

This position includes but is it not limited to checking in/out patients, taking payments, scheduling hygiene appointments, and other various administrative duties listed below.

Hours are
Monday - Thursday 8:30am-1:00pm, 2:00pm-5:30pm
Friday 8:00am-2:30pm

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining hygiene schedule
• Answer and manage incoming calls/messages
• Call & Confirm hygiene patients two days ahead
• Send reminders for patients when they are due for teeth cleaning
• Call past due patients and send letters when necessary
• Prepare monthly hygiene report
• Schedule patients with specialist and send referrals/x-rays
• Record all communication with patients
• Collect payments from patients
• Monitor new patients and make sure recalls are set
• Scan documents into patient's chart
• Cross train in all front desk jobs
• Closing duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
