About Kirkbride Center:

The Kirkbride Center is a licensed 302-bed comprehensive behavioral health care facility located on a 17-acre campus in the University City neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. We provide a spectrum of addiction services to our patients.

Job Overview:

The CRNP position requires that the Nurse Practitioner work in collaboration with and under the direction of the physician. As a Certified Nurse Practitioner at Kirkbride Center, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive medical and psychiatric patient assessments and evaluations. You will play an integral role in developing a plan of care for the patient, consisting of laboratory testing, pharmacological therapy, and patient education.

Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing required
• Graduate of an accredited Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner Program
• License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
• Certification through ANA is preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of chemical dependencies experience required
