- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs
- Valid driver's license and your own tools needed for the job
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of brakes, electrical, troubleshooting and trailer body repair (floors, walls, frames)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
