Job Responsibilities for our fast-paced office setting include:
- Exhibit polite & professional customer service/communication
- Inventory Management
- eview Work Orders
- Prepare Estimate of Repairs
- Accounts Receivable
- Organize/Review Billing for Customers
- Obtain PO’s for Billing
- Daily Yard Check
- General Office Administration
- Assist Shop Manager
- Working Hours & Benefits:
- Pay: Based upon experience
- Full time 1st shift position Monday through Friday
- Paid Vacation/Holiday Pay
- Health & Life Insurance, 401K with company match, supplemental insurance options
Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent education required
Administrative Assistant experience
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
>Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
