Ability to stand and work with arms at or above shoulder height for extended periods of time Ability to stand for the duration of the assigned shift Able to lift floor to waist, lift waist to shoulder, and lift floor to up to 72” Able to reach 72” to operate the Braider* Make coordinated arm, hand, and finger movements Ability to use hand tools requiring grasping, pinching, twisting, pushing, and pulling motions ** Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle, or feel standard production equipment. and reach with hands and arms.Ability to safely move throughout the production floor Flexible to work shift, overtime and weekends when requiredHours are primarily First Shift 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Second Shift 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
