Description: The Assistant Clinic Director position is a 40 hour/week exempt position. The Assistant Clinic Director assists the Clinic Director in developing and implementing new policies, procedures, and work practices. The Assistant Director is versed in and actively participates in Rural Health Clinic compliance at all Clinic locations. The Assistant Director aids in supply requisitioning and equipment functionality and requisitioning, according to clinical need and budget, this position ensures adequate clinical support staff coverage at all locations through management of nurse clinical coordinators. Ensures provider coverage in the clinics through scheduling. Assists with onboarding service lines as well as new hire orientation to the clinic. Assists in supervision of Patient Service Representatives alongside the Patient Service Representative Coordinator.
