We believe Team always beats Individual. Job DescriptionThe ProgramThe KIPP North Carolina Teaching Fellowship is a two year program where Fellows gain experience and support to on-ramp into a Lead Teacher role. During the program, Fellows are a co-teacher working alongside an experienced KIPP NC teacher-of-record who supports in their training and growth throughout their first years as a teacher. While teaching full-time, Fellows will be required to enroll in an North Carolina approved Educator Preparation Program (EPP) that will provide additional pedagogical and content support and provide an alternative route to licensure. Through KIPP NC’s coaching model, ample Professional Development opportunities, and immersion into the education sector, KIPP North Carolina Teaching Fellows grow quickly building a strong foundation for their education career.
