Kinze is currently seeking two part-time security guards to join our team in Williamsburg, IA.

This employee will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel entering and exiting the facilities.

Position Duties :

• Review Security Procedures Manual
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and / or other customers
• Must have a reliable means of communication and transportation
• Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English
• Minimum 3 - 6 months prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems, or access computer systems
• Have the ability to walk for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to ride a bicycle
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Have the ability to generate incident reports and conduct daily activity logs
• Writes reports and ensures accuracy of the necessary documentation, as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed
• Promote safe work practices
• Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and / or property
