Kinwell is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our new clinic in Bellingham, Washington. What You'll Bring
  • Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Washington
  • Completion of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program at the Master's level, with a national certification from one of the following organizations: American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; American Nurses Credentialing Center
  • Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
  • Ability to be credentialed under Medicare
  • Proficient in use of the EMR
  • Two or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (Preferred)
  • Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills
  • An interest in community outreach efforts (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates)
  • A special interest, fellowship, or degree in an associated field of primary care
  • Degree in population health management

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Plus Salary Range$106,300.00 - $180,700.00
  • National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
