Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide service and support to both customers and overseas offices regarding shipment arrangement, status, transit schedule, and/or any irregularity2. Monitor and provide booking & on-board confirmation to all parties for handling accounts3. Arranges pick up and delivery schedule4. Handles shipment on-hand and setups5. Create shipment reports for customers and branch management6. Log all damages and loss to report to department supervisor and manager7. Abide by transportation security administration regulations8. Joins monthly Customer Service Meeting9. Joins training and review meeting for all handling accounts
