About Us: TechPath, the recruitment and training division of Kinsley University, is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Generator Technician Training Program! At Kinsley, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement in the rapidly evolving power generation industry. Our program is open to skilled individuals from vocational schools and colleges, military veterans, and those with a technical aptitude.

The Opportunity: As an entry level Generator Technician entering our TechPath Training Program, you will embark on a six-week training program that combines classroom instruction, hands-on learning, and supervised field work. This immersive experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the dynamic world of power generation. Upon successful completion of the program, you will join our team of skilled technicians, contributing to the success of our projects and gaining valuable real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Participate in a comprehensive six-week training program, covering technical skills troubleshooting techniques, and customer service

· Engage in hands-on learning activities to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting

· Work closely with experienced technicians to gain insights and practical experience in the field

· Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and projects

· Demonstrate a commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant coursework preferred

· Strong technical aptitude and a passion for technology

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
