Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target demographics
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Supervise and train a team of field marketers to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns
- Bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse customer base
- Assist with fundraising efforts and sales initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct door-to-door marketing activities to reach potential customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in field marketing or a related role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using technology for marketing purposes
