Kingsview is looking for a new member to join our dynamic team!

Summary:
The Jr. Trading Associate role is a key member of the Chicago Investment Operations team supporting execution and additional oversight of daily trading operations as well as data management, reporting and general duties related to trade execution and investment implementation. This person will work closely with team members and business partners to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing, reporting and complete information requests related to frontline operational activity. This position requires strong communications skills, attention to detail, positive and professional attitude, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

Ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual that is eager to learn various responsibilities in support of our business. We are seeking an individual who will quickly develop a strong understanding of our current processes with an eye towards continuous improvement and additional responsibilities. Opportunities for advancement exist for the right candidate.

Principal Responsibilities Include:

· Support the Chicago Investment Operations Team as needed and learn our systems and processes

· Process trading requests in a timely and accurate fashion from both internal and external parties.

· Accurate and overall expedient and diligent processing and monitoring of trading activity.

· Trade operations, settlement, and portfolio cash management.

· Address business requests on reporting client positions and activities.

· Coordination with teams across the organization.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Highly detail oriented; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Flexible team player with an ability to work effectively under pressure

· Previous experience: 1 years in asset management or trading operations; experience with investment implementation previously is a plus

· MS Excel competency required

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to maintain successful working relationships across a multitude of cross functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
