Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our culinary team to prepare and serve nutritious and delicious meals to our residents, tailored to their dietary needs and preferences.
• Create visually appealing presentations that delight the senses and excite the palate.
• Foster a warm and inviting dining experience for residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Monitor residents' food intake and report any concerns or changes to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring an adequate supply of food and kitchen essentials.
• Embrace a customer-centric mindset, going above and beyond to exceed residents' expectations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a dietary aide or food service role is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for culinary arts and a keen interest in nutrition and healthy eating.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and compassionate approach.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
