• Assist in adjusting menus for resident/regional preferences with Registered Dietitian's approval for nutritional adequacy.

• Coordinate nutritional care of residents.

• Complete nutritional assessments.

• Develop and implement care plans.

• Document dietary information regarding residents.

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree in dietetic technology with clinical emphasis or a Bachelor's Degree in nutrition or dietetics. Registration with the American Dietetic Association desirable.

• One or two years in related dietary capacity in long-term care facility.

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Must be able to speak, write and understand English.

• Must possess a positive attitude toward the elderly.

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds regularly.

• Must perform job related travel as required.
