Primary Accountabilities:

  • Insurance Coordination: Provides general support to the completion of commercial insurance applications, including gathering and compiling information required.
  • Answers routine questions from business units relating to insurance coverages.
  • Manages internal requests for certificates of insurance.
  • Coordinates broker activities and serves as a liaison between broker and business units we serve this includes regular meetings with brokers and participates.
  • Participates in the auditing, development and deployment of Risk Management policies and procedures.
  • Performs administrative duties for SVP of Risk Management, including documentation of policies and processes, fielding and routing inquiries, editing documents and creating presentations.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Education: Associate’s degree in related field
  • A solid technical insurance and risk management background
  • Infor competence and health insurance administration, 401k.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Analytical experience in performance based and results oriented setting
