Kingston Dental Care is Hiring a General Dentist Near St. Louis, MO

Kingston Dental Care is a general dental practice in St. Louis, MO. For over 25 years we’ve been dedicated to creating a thriving, well-run and efficient business as well as a patient-centered practice. We never compromise on our standard for ideal patient care.

Our patients understand and appreciate that we’re not a nationalized corporate chain with high staff turnover and a new doctor every year or less. The proof is in our over-10-year average time of employment for doctors and staff alike.

Because of our high standards, patient retention and growth, we are seeking a motivated, ethical, quality-oriented general dentist who seeks to be a long-term team member and potentially, a partner.

If you have high standards, a great work ethic, and a desire to provide comprehensive treatment and follow a successful system, then we’re interested in you!

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Kingston Dental Care general dentist, you’ll need skill, proficiency and a caring chairside manner in treating patients of all ages, from two to one-hundred-and-two years old.

You will need to be effective and adept at performing typical general dentistry services, such as:

  • Restorative, crowns and bridges
  • Endodontics
  • Prosthodontics
  • Oral surgery
  • Periodontics

While you need not specialize in these disciplines, you must be competent in their fundamentals and more importantly, be willing to ask for help and learn more to advance your skills. Although we also provide comprehensive orthodontics, you will not be required to do so.

We have a grooved-in system for procuring new patients and cover all costs related to new patient marketing. We can generate more business, when needed, which should keep you busy with cases of all types, from simple to complex. However, we may ask you to initiate recare calls to inactive or overdue patients during a slow period.

Most importantly, we’re looking for a dedicated dentist with the attitude of “there’s always more to be learned,” someone who always pushes for improvement individually and professionally.
