• Current active Licensed Practical nurse in Ohio
• CPR basic life support
• TB test within the last year
• Exceptional time-management skills

Primary responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) at Kingston

• Administer medications, following the 5 medication rights and reduce potential errors
• Report changes in resident condition to physician, DON and responsible party, taking follow-up action as necessary
• Treat residents, guests, and co-workers with courtesy and genuine care
