• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care, including medication administration and treatment records.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to provide high-quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
