We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As a Registered Nurse in our skilled nursing center, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Observing and recording residents' behavior and maintaining accurate medical records
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal resident care
• Providing emotional support and education to residents and their families
• Assisting with resident rehabilitation and recovery programs
• Adhering to all healthcare regulations, company policies, and nursing standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing center or long-term care facility preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
