Responsibilities

• Champion safe working practices and drive positive safety culture within the maintenance teams.
• Develop and implement structured maintenance plans to ensure the uptime of manufacturing line and ancillary equipment.

Working to proven preventative and predictive maintenance techniques TPM, OEE, MTBF.

• Identifying and diagnosing equipment failures and performing necessary repairs, undertake full root cause analysis to ensure prevention of repeat failures.
• Review maintenance schedules and provide daily corrective action reports.
• Manage data entry and accuracy of all preventative and reactive maintenance activities within CMM system.
• Maintain training and competency records for the maintenance teams, focusing on development needs and team development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Education / Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Project leadership experience preferred

Computer Skills :

• Basic Computer skills for the creation of reports using tablets.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook,

Technical Skills :

• Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with industry-specific equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and manuals.
• Experience in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Communication and Teamwork :

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
