How will I contribute
Under supervision of clinical manager, MH Clinician I/II will provide direct mental health services in an outpatient setting. Shall provide direct services in the form of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within the Full-Service Partnership program. This level of care assists with the assessment and treatment of individuals with specialty mental health needs at the highest level of care that we offer within our outpatient services. Clinician will work within a multidisciplinary treatment team to wrap services needed around the individuals assigned to their caseload.
Provide services as assigned in the First Episode Psychosis program. The role of the Mental Health Clinician II will provide direct services to consumers who are primarily diagnosed with Severe Mental Illnesses (SMI) and are considered to be in the TAY/Adult populations age ranges as well as their support systems to help with their wellness and recovery goals.
Provide crisis evaluations for children and adults in multiple settings, including the office, hospital, emergency room, and the jail. Provide mental health screenings and assessments for adults and children. Traditional and non-traditional hours, as required. Participation on Standby/On-Call rotation is required.
What I bring
Mental Health Clinician I: Master's degree in counseling or social work (MS, MA, MSW, PsyD, PHD in Psychology, Counseling, Social Sciences, or related area) AND Registered AMFT, ASW with BBS.
Mental Health Clinician II: Master's degree in counseling or social work (MS, MA, MSW, PsyD, PhD in Psychology, Counseling, Social Sciences, or related area) AND Licensure LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or PhD, PsyD with Board of Psychology. Crisis experience preferred.
Must have and maintain a current California Driver’s license, and maintain an insurable driving record. Provide proof of automobile liability insurance.
