Kings III Emergency Communications – FP&A Analyst 

Summary

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Controller and other key stakeholders of the company and play a crucial role in our organization’s financial management and decision-making processes.

General Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
  • Develop and manage the company's annual budget, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into the company's performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Utilize financial modeling and forecasting to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances and proposing corrective actions.
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Partner with the Controller to create detailed annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Partner with the Controller to develop useful, accurate, and timely reports and metrics for evaluation of the business operations.
  • Utilize queries to evaluate and analyze data not limited to cost analysis, forecasting, and analysis of other metrics as needed.
  • Conduct financial analysis to track KPIs and ensure efficient operations and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 3 years of relevant analysis, financial planning and strategy experience, reporting research results, requirements analysis and financial skills
  • Strong financial background, advanced Excel skills, and effective communication abilities
  • Heavy data analytical skills required (ability to perform queries preferred
  • Experience in dynamic, high paced environments such as private equity backed companies
  • Strong work ethic
