```Job Summary:``` We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities lead fulfilling lives. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others. ```Responsibilities:``` - Provide direct support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors - Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills - Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care - Maintain accurate documentation of services provided - Collaborate with a team of professionals including nurses, therapists, and case managers - Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information ```Requirements:``` - Experience working with people with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred - Ability to lift and assist individuals as needed - Knowledge of behavior management techniques - Familiarity with ADLs and providing personal care assistance - Previous experience in childcare or similar roles is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply.
