Kings Furniture & Mattress is currently seeking a Sales Representative to work at our Dayton Mall store.

As a Representative, you will sell a full line of home furnishing products and services following our personal training program.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales presentations and assist customers in finding the right furniture for their home.

- Follow sales strategies and procedures.

- Assist with marketing events and create new sales leads.

- Provide excellent customer service.

- Follow up on sales leads and aggressively close all potential sales.

- Reach personal and company sales goals.

- Must be a team player and is willing to work in a team environment by assisting all co workers with different tasks.

- Conduct sales transactions and write sales invoices. Ability to handle cash, credit cards, and checks.

Requirements:

- Sales track in a retail environment is preferred. General sales track and commission based history.

- Excellent customer service, communications, and presentation.

- Ability to negotiate and assist customers in reaching their goals.

- Highly motivated, energetic, and creative.

- Ability to work 46 hours per week, including weekend days (Mall Hours).

- Basic computer skills.

Compensation:

- Commission based with a weekly salary. Generally, representatives average between 48K – 85K a year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
