Assumes the responsibility for providing professional care to a designated patient population.

• Directs patient care according to KDMC policies/procedures and accepted standards of practice and care.
• Conducts assessments, including history and physical.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient using nursing process.
• Administers and records prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures.
• Leads the team in planning, implementations, and evaluation of patient care.
• Assists the medical staff with examinations, treatment, special tests, and procedures.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current MS RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS & NRP certifications within the first year of employment. (To receive PRN rate, current ACLS & NRP certifications required.)
• Fully vaccinated COVID-19 status preferred.
