Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Your role will involve assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance needs, coordinating service appointments, and providing accurate estimates for repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and additional services
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on the latest automotive technologies
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service

Skills:
- Strong automotive diagnostics skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs
- Familiarity with service writing and dealership operations
- Mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians
