Position Purpose:

Key Responsibilities
Works under the direction of the Director of Education and the Chief Nursing Officer to provide continuing clinical education to staff. Strives to provide excellent service with compassion, tact, cheerfulness, accuracy, patience, flexibility in scheduling, calmness in emergency, and ability to work well with all team members. Receives and applies feedback from peers and superiors. Assists with orientation and training of staff as requested. Must be able to perform, and educate to, all the key responsibilities listed in the Registered Nurse position description, for the areas assigned. Standard 1. BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS:

Qualifications
Education: Associates degree in Nursing; Master’s degree in Nursing required for those with possible Primary Nurse Planner designation. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Arizona or compact state license. Certification:

Preferences
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing. Certification: Current certification in area of specialization. Experience: One-year teaching experience. |
