Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Duties:
- Market and sell new and used vehicles to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up with leads to generate sales opportunities
- Provide product knowledge and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the service department
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and competitors

Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong cold calling skills to generate leads and close sales
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and financing options
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for both the customer and dealership
- Outbound sales experience is preferred

Pay: $77,981.00 - $89,162.00 per year
