Role Overview:

We are going through an exciting period of change and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced iOS Engineer with expertise in iOS Developer with expertise in Swift & SwiftUI to join our Software Engineering team and work on our greenfield Android KMM programme.

What's the job?

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS Apps using Swift and Xcode
• Leverage SwiftUI to create flexible user interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse user requirements and translate them into testable features
• Integrate KMM components into iOS apps
• Implement design patterns to ensure robust and scalable code
• Use GitLab to manage source code, version control, and collaborative development
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Continuously research and stay up to date with new iOS development trends and technologies
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for the applications

What you'll bring

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in iOS development with a strong portfolio of mobile applications built using Swift and Xcode
• Has experience of SwiftUI in a commercial project
• Good understanding of software design patterns and best practices in iOS development
• Good knowledge of unit testing and automated testing frameworks
• Experience with SDK integrations
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data structures with knowledge and awareness of GraphQL
• Some knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM)

• Published articles on LinkedIn/Medium or other platforms
• Involved in an iOS community via membership of online groups or meetups and can demonstrate participation in developer forums
• Experimented with Android development
