We are searching for a Financial Assistant to become part of our expanding company who is a self- motivated individual that can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Daily journal entries in financial software
- Daily administrative duties
- Daily reconciliation of accounts
- Scheduled financial reporting
- Excel spreadsheet entries
- Monitoring expense reports
Qualifications
- 2 years in a similar role
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Effective communication with an outgoing approach
- Organized and pays close attention to detail
- Successfully screened in accordance with our background check parameters
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Work Location: Kingdom Title Solutions - Fairlawn
