Qualifications:

• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in the cleaning industry stripping and waxing floors
• Active participation in a local Christian church community.
• Ability to articulate the gospel and share personal conversion to Christianity.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
• Flexibility to work second shift hours from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership:

   • Oversee and manage cleaning operations in your designated area.
   • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cleaning staff.
   • Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.

2. Christian Values Integration:

   • Actively participate in a local church community.
   • Articulate the gospel and share your personal conversion to Christianity when required.
   • Uphold Christian values and foster a positive, faith-based work culture.

3. Operational Excellence:

   • Utilize your years of supervisory experience to optimize team performance.
   • Implement efficient cleaning processes and procedures.
   • Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.

4. Client Relations:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
   • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

5. Staff Training and Development:

   • Conduct training sessions for cleaning staff, focusing on both technical skills and Christian values.
   • Support the personal and professional growth of team members.
