Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions in the company. The recruiter's responsibilities include posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, checking credentials, and extending offers to successful candidates. The recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining the candidate database and keeping track of job requisitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Good English
• Ability to write effective job postings and job descriptions
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
