Job Summary: KCA Director must be a spiritually sensitive individual who understands the Christian mission and philosophy of KCA and is committed to help see it become a reality in the lives of our students by manifesting, by precept and example, the highest Christian virtue and personal decorum, serving as a Christian role model (1 Timothy 4:12) both in and out of school (Luke 6:20), and as an example to parents and fellow employees in judgment, dignity, respect, and Christian living according to the Conditions of Employment outlined in the KCA Contract. The KCA Director must be a born again Christian and have spiritual maturity in academic and leadership abilities that will enable him/her to teach God’s truth. The ability to communicate well with various types of people, handle confidential information appropriately, maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude and integrity in all situations are prerequisites.
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities
The KCA Director is responsible for students aged 12 months and walking through PreK. The position is full time. Compensation is commensurate to experience; benefits are included.
Essential Job Requirements
- Direct and Supervise staff to ensure coordinating activities that are age appropriate.
- Make recommendations for curricular and equipment needs.
- Attend community meeting to expand KCA awareness
- Regularly communicates with the Ex. Administor concerning praises/needs/concerns related to KCA
- Completion of forms for obtaining and maintaining KCA approvals and KDHE compliance

-employee/school compliance to background screening and health
department regulations.
-provides information t6o administration for decision making in
operational aspects of maintaining regulation compliance
-Attend/Select evening school activities (i.e. Parent/Teacher
Conferences, Programs, etc)
-In coordination with Administration establish and reach enrollment
Goals for admission
-Submit weekly employee payroll
-Oversee all operations on the KCA campus
-Maintain/Develop weekly employee schedules for Staff to ensure
Coverage.
