Essential functions:

• Print and collate paperwork needed for all LTL, TL, Priority and customer pick up loads
• Track, trace and update all truckloads and their shipments in the King systems
• Track, trace and update all less than truckloads in the King systems on Saturday and Sunday only
• Monitors and tracking of Hot Tracks report
• Scan and index documents
• Dispatch local cartage
• Manage containers upon arrival and notify carriers when empty or loaded
• Resolve OS & D issues
• Communicate with LTL carriers on any issues
• Perform other appropriate duties at the discretion of management

Skills and experience required:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years transportation experience
• Strong computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Possess a strong sense of urgency
• Strong customer service skills
• Highly effective problem solving skills
• Forklift driving experience a plus
• Maintain composure under high stress situations
