Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Person. As a Counter Person, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our location. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the food industry who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register and POS system
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have
- Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, salads, and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong sales skills to upsell products and increase customer satisfaction
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and making change
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

Pay: $17.49 - $21.06 per hour
