Perform all clerical duties that may be required by all departments: administrative, accounting, sales, parts, and service. Responsible for coordinating all store communications and distributes all paperwork. Organizes and maintains office records in an efficient manner. Act as a liaison between customers/visitors and Company personnel. Focuses on assisting the Service Department Manager with creating and updating customer work orders, vendor documentation, and warranty documents to ensure timely reporting for all documents. Works directly with the customers to identify the purpose of the visit or call to minimize customer wait time and maximize customer satisfaction. Basic accounting skills preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
