King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC located on Route 347 in Smithtown NY, is seeking to hire an experienced, motivated, responsible and punctual employee for Porter and Building Maintenance in our dealership. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of porter/maintenance. We are looking for something who can take on the responsibility to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are clean, equipment is in good working orders, and that services are provided according to schedule.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Showroom & Service maintenance
• Cleaning common areas like coffee station and offices
• Monitoring and servicing restrooms.
• Removing trash and debris
• Restroom Restocking
• Vacuum/Mopping all floors
• Monitor exterior grounds
• Qualities must include physical strength, energy, reliability, patience and the ability to multi-task
• Must be a self-starter with organizational skills
• Must work as part of a team and be able to take direction
• Must have good attention to detail
• Other responsibilities may be assigned

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills
• Have a valid driver’s license
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
• Top customer satisfaction skills required
• Ability to multi-task
